Although Minors are allowed to get tattooed in the state of Florida with parental consent and proper paperwork. I have decided that I will no longer be tattooing minors. Please know that guardians will need a government issued ID, the minor's birth certificate and a form printed from the Florida Department of Health website. That form will need to be notarized the day of the minor's appointment at other tattoo establishments.
